Domestic Shipping

We offer $8.50 flat shipping rate for all Australian orders if lower than $230.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to for all retail orders over $230. To qualify for free shipping the retail order price must be $230 AFTER all discounts applied.

Standard delivery times vary between 3-7 business days

Tracking info is provided via email after order was collected by the courier.

International Shipping

New Zealand - we offer $14 flat shipping rate for all retail orders.

Rest of the world - we offer $19.50 flat shipping rate for all retail orders.

Important: Customs duties and taxes are obligation and liability of citizen of each country; this excess cost is not included in a shipping cost. Customers will be responsible to pay any tax and/or customs duties incurred to accept the ordered items. It is to the buyers’ discretion to consider these extra costs before placing the order.


Return Policy

We hope you love your KOALA GRIP products, though we appreciate that it may not work for everyone.

To solve this issue, we will accept returns for store credit (excluding original shipping cost), provided the following criteria are met:

  • Return within 30 business days of purchase.
  • Items are in their original condition, in original package, all tags must be attached. 
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account

Returns/credits will not be accepted if the above requirements aren’t met.

Shipping costs incurred by returning an item, are not covered by Koala Grip.


Faulty items

We thoroughly check quality of every item we ship, however if you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately via the Return Form below.

You are eligible to receive a full store credit for your item, if it is:

  • Faulty with genuine manufacturer's defect.
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
